Whats for Supper?

i knew a driver that would stop at loves, get two hotdogs and walk around looking at stuff while eating them. he would go back and get two more and pay for the 2nd pair of dogs.
That happens a lot. I've seen drivers slowly browse the shopping area and eat and drink the whole time, then leave when they're full.
One goes to grocery stores that have deli departments and then starts filling a grocery cart with stuff he has no intentions of buying, While pushing the grocery cart through the store, he's pigging out on the hot deli items he's added to the shopping cart. When he's full, he just leaves the cart in an aisle and walks out of the store.
