thing is, who is the arbitrator?? i'd suspect someone in thier corner, not yours. a public utilities commission (from my personal past experiences) seem to sway more towards the customer, then big business, UNLESS the customer was grossly in the wrong.
i don't know who the arbitrator would be but your right it would be someone on there side. i will be getting a lawyer today as ca has some good comsumer protection laws

Last bill. They talk about $35 plans.

Heck even at $100 I wouldn't fight. I'd just be glad it's over.
you must be thinking if you have 4 lines or more one line is $ 70.00 and two are $ 110.00 a month plus an apple watch another $ 15.00 a month:eek:. and god forbid if you leased one of there phones then you'll really get bent over:confused-96:
