There's a guy on Tik Tok who does prison cooking tips.

Some people are too dumb to realize going to jail or prison should not be considered an accomplishment or a badge of honor in any way.

There was a guy in Okinawa when i was on Mess Duty once who had been busted all the way down to Private for bad checks and had actually done brig time. When challenged on anything he'd say, "I got BRIG TIME!"

He's the only one who thought it meant anything other than he was a moron.

It's easy enough to avoid legal entanglements.

Nope its not..

These days so many "Laws"..

Add to that "touchy" Angry People..

Next True Financial Crisis we shall be SHOOTING EACHOTHER..

No more Cops n Jails the nation "Broke"..

Who Id feel the most "Sorry" for is the rest of the 90%

They lived basic "Sheltered" lives never went anywhere..

Nor did they ever have to think of "providing" for themselves either..

Sad part is I almost "Pray" for the next Shake-Out ..

Most County Jails I ever been booked in were Pods or blocks from 9pm to 6am locked in your Cell..free roam rest of day

Milwaukee County House of Corrections was like a Bunkhouse and no Cells.. just 150/200 guys on bunkbeds in a big dormitory and a Chow Hall for Meals....

State Prison..

In the Wisconsin DOC your 1st stop is Dodge County Correctional the "INTAKE" and "Processing" for all STATE INMATES

There its "Maximum" Security locked down 20 some hours per day except Meal, Recreation, and Library..

At Dodge all new intake will be "separated" based upon Offense and Treatment Needs...

If you got less than 10 years and "Non-Violent" your next Stop will be a MEDIUM FACITITY..

Theyll ship ya to FOX LAKE or Kettle Moraine..

There youll be out "Most" of the Day even get you a JOB somewheres..

On Free-Time youll be on Rec Yard drinking coffee , hand rolling tops, and I made the Softball Team my last year..

After afew years there and keep your "Nose" CLEAN they will Ship ya off to a "Minnimum" Camp..

There ya can litterally run down the street but they will get ya...

In "Minnimum" though ya get out to WORK and $ave Money..

Older "Lifers" arent allowed to go out and Work but theyll keep the "Grounds" and Happy they aint in some **** Hole like Green Bay or Portage where peopke get "Shanked" every other week

So the biggest town around the little town I grew up in was one of those weird little hick towns with a duck pond. They actually had two duck ponds side by side.

I been in jails all over,NC,Fla,Ohio
probally at least 50 plus times


they were all the same to me,they all sucked
the worst one was Jacksonville Florida 1976
cell block had 7 white guys 9 black guys
constant fights between us
we had to fight for just about everything
sure we was allways innocent-right?
it was allways someone elses fault or the cops fault

I was there because I stayed drunk and high and didn`t know
how to live life and get along with others or live in this society
I quit drugging and drinking in July 1988 and haven`t been back to jail since but once,to see my brother

they can have those jails,I found a better way to live-sober and happy
and take responsibility for my own life and actions
