if you are asking about that morning dew on the outside of the windows, get a small squeegee.

you'd be wasting paper towels

Then the inside fog up
You just have to change the temperature of the glass either above or below the dew point. Too far below the dew point and you'll get frost though.

Best to stop the truck for a minute when you make the transition from cold to hot or vice versa because it'll totally fog up the glass for a minute or two.

Are you talking about the outside condensation you get at night in the south when the temp is close to dew point? Unless you want it warmer in the cab, all you can do is use the wipers.

I found Baton Rouge LA, was wicked for humidity and condensation overnight.
