CB Problems

when i turn on my cb i can hear the others talking, but when i try to my cb will not send out a signal.what should i do??could it be the cb itself or maybe i need a different annt.??:confused:

my guess it's more likely your radio mic. if it's the one that came with the radio then it is most likely just a cheap mic and not made for the long run. try replacing this first.
 
check your wiring connection in the back if you have a three prong connector take the cover off your cb and inside the metal prong may have come loose causing your wire connector not making contact that is what mine did.

well we have tried two different cbs now and neither one of them wants to work so i guess im going to have to find a cb place and see if they can fix it. thanks for the help.

You have tried 2 different CB's and both will not transmit...

I'm guessing coax, antenna problems.
