Cat Engine running hot

3406e caterpillar engine running hot around 220-230 we change thermostats, temp gauge sensor,low coolant sensor, flush radiator change air filters, radiator cap, blew radiator front and rear with air. Any information will gladly appreciated

Flushing the radiator doesn't cut it sometimes. If you've got an older truck it probably needs the radiator rodded out.
 
My C15 did the same. It was the Fan Clutch. The fan would sound like it was engaging. But once it got hot outside, the clutch started slipping enough that it wouldn’t cool properly. Try to spin the fan by hand. Of course with it off. It shouldn’t move.
