The trucking industry is in dire need of new solutions to help reduce diesel fuel prices, according to ATA president & CEO Gov. Bill Graves, and a variety of steps must be taken to keep the industry rolling.

what do you know the independents take a stand and that asshole from the anti trucking association is all of a sudden worried about what the high price of fuel is doing to the trucking companes, what a gutless,spineless prick!!! I thought a supposed leader was suppose to lead from the front and not wait until the foot soldiers make the decision to stand and fight, and that goes for them cowards at OOIDA too

Yeah, I love how people are now piggybacking this with their own agenda so they can look like they actually give a damn about the drivers.

Hey Mr. Graves, how about you quit supporting legislation that gives the big carriers government money, which in turns makes it harder for the independent to survive in this industry?

Would love to see that one addressed in an open forum where people can actually respond back and demand answers from this corporate "yes man"
