Stacey Q Rocks

Discussion in 'General Trucking Discussion' started by Mike, Nov 10, 2012.

  1. Stacey Q Rocks?

Ok, which one of you drivers are responsible for this? I imagine most of you have seen this by now, and I guess I should have taken a picture to explain for those who haven't.

Anyhow, in truck stop bathrooms throughout the country, somebody is writing "Stacey Q Rocks" on the bathroom walls. From what I have seen, it looks like it is probably the same person doing the writing, because the handwriting is always the same.

Who is Stacey Q? Those of you who listen to much 80's music may not recognize the name, but you may very well recognize the song from the Youtube video below:

She wasn't in the limelight very long at all (basically just this one song), but she must have had a big effect on at least one person out there.

I am assuming that "Stacey Q Rocks" is just in the men's bathrooms, if not, maybe some of the ladies can educate us otherwise?

So, have you seen it? Were you wondering what it meant?

Last place I seen it was Friday at the Flying J in Laredo. If you see it, snap a pic and post the location for this thread. :) I'm curious just where all this is located.

  • well i ain't never heard of her, when i first read this posting, i was of the thinking that maybe "Prince" had introduced her into the scene, like he has a few others over the years, but apparently not.

here is her bio.....Stacey Q - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

  • It's pretty obvious why she wasn't in the limelight very long....

  • I've never heard of her either nor have I seen where anyone has wrote that on the walls.

Back in the 80's someone was writing "POPCORN WAS HERE" above doors in the bathroom's. And it didnt matter if the truckstop was on the BIG road and some 2 lane pig path.

  • It took me about a year to figure out why people were writing "WOW" in the dust on the back of van trailers. I thought it might've been an acronym for something, ... then I figured out it was just some stupid radio station in New Jersey or some place.

  • i think it was also an online or X-Box(??) game called, "world of Warcraft", or something along those lines.

  • She was back in the day before boobs were invented it seems.

  • I guess it's a good thing women don't sing with their t**s, then.

  • She kind of looks like my girlfriend. Especially with her hair down.

Slightly more boobs on the girlfriend though, so I'm sure she sings better than Stacey Q!

  • Their t**ts do however sing to me!!! ;)

  • After doing a bit of research, it turns out Ms. Stacey Q started out at the age of five as a dancer. She studied ballet for over a decade and she was very good.

Who is the last bosomy ballerina you saw?

  • Depends on the type of "ballet" you are speaking of.

  • I have saw that written on the wall of the stall, I can't remember where. Then I saw this thread. I was wondering if it was the Stacy Q I remembered in the 80"s.
I clicked on the video. My speakers happened to be way up loud.
Thanks for that @Mike ! My neighbors like when I listen to Zeppelin. OH the questions I will have have to answer:redface:
