    Rather than delete the two duplicates, I just merged them into this one, which he started yesterday..

    Yes, you are marketable. You also learned a lesson. I would start with a few smaller companies close to home. It is a bit of a good ol' boy network. If you are clean cut and interview well someone will give you a chance. I have been where you are. A company left me sitting all weekend up on the Iron range of Minnesota because I refused to load a trailer with no brakes and bad tires. You would think they would be happy that I was willing to drag it back empty.
    Remember, we are in a driver shortage. Let us know how it turns out.
