the trks are manual.(dont worry about being "rough" everyone is even if there the best driver out htere you will still hear them grind a gear. heck i do it all the time. they are 10 speed trannys but they are alot of fun. especially going up hill when you have to down shift to 5th or 6th gear to pull a ld. if you get stuck at the motel for longer than your few days that your supposed to be there then yes they will pay for the room and 1 day of breakfast.
yes i understand about the money thing, its rough but should get better for ya soon. the backing test is easy dont rush. you can atempt it in any angle that you want like 90degree or what i like to call the bananna move. the name comes from the trk and trl looking like one. which i find the easiest way to back. i can see the far back end of the trl and the wheels. you can hang your head out the window to look but i dont think that you can open the door. dont worry if you dont pass it right away though cause your gonna get plenty of backing in training. . . becareful out there.. have fun with it.. do alot of joking, smiling, laughing.. theres no use getting angry or upset and remember that trks gonna be crowded so take the bare nesseites. have a good nite cause its gonna be a long day. bye.
