The 8th Annual National Day of Prayer for Truckers will be conducted March 22, 2007 in Room B104 of the South Wing Building of the Exposition Center in Louisville, KY at 9:00AM EST. Exhibitors at the Expo Center will have time to get to their booth by the 10:00AM VIP opening.
Chaplain Joe Hunter, who has celebrated 25 years as President and Founder of TruckStop Ministries, Inc and conducts the daily devotionals for the Dave Nemo Open Road Radio Show on XM Channel 171 will be the keynote speaker. Bob Hataway, President of TransAlive USA, will be the MC while Gary Naussbaum, Regional Director with Transport For Christ, will voice the prayer for truckers at exactly 9:00AM EST.
Jerry and Sharon Benson will present special music. Jerry and Sharon are known across the country for their musical talent and willingness to give of themselves to promote the trucking industry. Sharon won the Favorite Female Vocalist of the Year Award for 2006 and has previously won the award in 2004.
