Unfortunately this is true…..we have closed our doors….

Celadon is helping in wrapping things up and keeping the freight moving…..and there are many that will be looking for employment.

Is there something particular that you were looking for?

I heard a rumor that your compay has closed it's doors ad I was wondering how true this is?

I set an email to priorit and yes the answer I got from them is listed above, they did close their doors.

Kentucky Trucking Firm Closes Doors

Click here to write a Letter to the Editor.
Louisville, Ky., trucking company C.W. Johnson Xpress said this week it was closing its doors due to high costs, the Louisville-Courier Journal reported.
The company, which has about 150 workers, was past due on an $8.3 million loan and was hurt by high diesel prices, the paper said.
Indianapolis-based Celadon Group may take over some of the firm’s customer base, but details were still being decided, the Courier-Journal reported.
Charlie Johnson, the company’s owner and chief executive officer, founded Active Transportation in 1987 and sold his interest in 2000 after it became one of Louisville’s most prominent minority-owned firms, the paper reported.
