Just got off the phone with David Castelveter. He's V.P. of communications for stopoilseculationnow.com
Sen. Reid is supposed to be introducing S3268 today, haven't read it yet, but apparently congress is starting to get shook up. I suggested to him that on Aug. 25th the airline CEOs tell legislators who show up at the airport to leave on their next recess that no planes are flying today - out of fuel.
