Okay..first off gotto tell you I am GERMAN..I lived in the states for over 20 years..BUT I understand Europe.
That said you can NOT compare the europe system with the USA. The taxes added to the fuel pays for so much ..these people could not survive over here..If they sick..they stay home..getting 6 weeks full pay from their employer..still sick..No problem..your mandetory insurence will pay up to 1 year..this includes free or minimal payment for all doctors and drugs. You always can visit a full paid spa visit for 6 weeks..compliments of the insurance..loose your job..thats okay..get 90 percent pay till you find a new One..how does 5 weeks full paid vacation sound to you? Its true..that all has to come from somewhere..the fuel tax takes care of a LOT..
This is why they pay BOOKO fuel tax..something you gotto consider when you hear they getting NUTS over there..

Thank-u for the info, The closest I've come to a spa is my bath tub candle's and 10 min. of bubble's. Then they all went away.........
