I know what ur saying about not jamming this thread but how about this

get an addy for a senator to do with transport
make a standard letter
publish both addy and letter
then have a date and time 3 hr window for everyone to send their e mail to that person tis will not clog the email server but will make it clear on what you (drivers and workers alike need and want)
