Prepare to change your cell phones, watches and dash clocks Saturday night - daylight saving time is here. In order to comply with a 2005 energy bill designed to cut utility usage, most U.S. states will move an hour forward officially from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m. on Sunday, March 9.

if memory serve me right, Indiana is the only state that DOES NOT set its clocks forward or backward..they leave it alone.....
