A bill in the Ohio House would require aspiring truck drivers to have a firm grasp of the English language to obtain a commercial driver's license.

i think that this is an awesome idea..i believe that if your in a certain country you should speak that language.more states should do it.

This should be required in all States.

but sadly it won't. it will be found unconstitutional in our melting pot of a country. foriegners seem to have more rights than american born citizens.
