Hey any rookie lookin to start in trking .PAM is not to bad. I worked for them for 6 month's and left they were not for me. I have some complaint's about there Driver Manager's and trainer porgram.
1, DM don't piss them off you will get a 34 restart becuase there is no load in your area,Yeah right.
2. There trainer program, After six month's of first seat driving you can become a trainer.I'm sorry but 6 month is not enough time for a window licker to teach a window licker how to lick windows Let alone drive an 80'000Lb trk.And they will push you to be a trainer The money is great but if you are blind don't try to leed the blind. My (trainer) had 10 monthes of exp, when i got in with him I showed him how to read a Rand McNally. So check your trainer if you go that way.( think god i have family in the biz so i got lot's of mib-nite windshield time when i was growing up).

They will get you home when you ask that was one thing they did.Your sign on bonus take's awhile but you will get it.All of there Trk's are AUTOMATIC.That's why i left .If it is broke they will fix on the road is faster at there shop you will wait.

Hope this help's someone trying to get started ,The best way to find info is ask.
