You need to vote, And I'm sure you save copies of everything. What is it showing on your settlement sheet. If you think your being lied to which it seems you feel that way.
You might be looking for a new co. to lease too.
Most will tell you,
some times it's in the wording. Your not giving much info. read your lease agreement again,

Butch, what luna is refering too is the TRUCC act, while it primarily is concerned about making sure fuel surcharges are being properly paid,it will in the process provide TRANSPARENCY in the dealings between the owner/operator and the agentswhich, i believe is even more important than the fuel surcharges
you can vote here, WashingtonWatch.com - H.R. 5934, The TRUCC Act

its a poll to express you opinion and we need as many as possible to vote on it.

It appears the "fors" are winning by a 58% vs. 42%. What's that, a 10% spread?

Still, 42% of the respondents are opposed, and, depending on the number of participants, that could be a significant group. I read the bill, but, reading the comments was the the most interesting. The "against" crowd has a compelling argument when they say "keep the government out of it".

I suppose survival of the fittest has it's merits.

I just looked

5934 stands at 59%for 42% against

5977 stands at 47% for 53% against this needs to change quickly

and 2910 stands at 51%for and 49% against we are winning the poll here but barely.

its up to you folks that is three important polls that can help the cause but they got to show numbers MUCH better than this if the senate and house are going to do anything, and to think of it all you got to do is click on the sites above and vote all three won't take you more than 2 minutes to vote to help yourself.

Pretty much, your answer is no, you cannot force them to show you the confirmation sheets. Just like any other company, they need to keep those things to themselves because if the competition knew what they were charging for certain things, it would make it easier for other companies to lowball their customers. I know you're not the competition, but you could be giving away price secrets to the competition. Basically, If you think you're being screwed, then you probably are.
