Any info on Don Baskins Truck Sales reputation?

I've been looking at buying another truck and came across a "good deal" at Don Baskins Truck Sales in Covington, TN. It's a 2005 T600 with 510,000 mi for $38,000. It's advertised as a one owner/one driver, clean, excellent condition, runs and drives PERFECT. Of course, my thinking is...what's wrong with this truck....too good to be true....unreputable sales company. Googled this company and found some gobbledy gook messages and a notice of $1000 fine by the State of TN for improper advertising. My gut says stay away; However, I've thought that way before on other trucks I've passed up and should not have. Anyone dealt with or know anything about this company?

We have stopped in there a couple of times. The help is not very sharp. I went to look at a Pete they had that was suppose to be a beauty. It was. Wouldn't run. They get allot of trucks from what I have seen, I think allot of them are old company trucks that have been painted. Another place that does this is the I 65 truck sales and chrome shop. They buy low, add allot of chrome and sell high. There is a guy here in my town that bought from them and he has an old Werner truck with twice the miles as on the speedo according to the computer.
