CRST team driving partner wanted ASAP

I just finished my 28 day OTR training tour with CRST and I'm presently at home in Torrington, CT. I need to find a team co-driver who lives in NEW ENGLAND, preferably close to CONNECTICUT. Dispatch has been of minimal help, so I just figured I would ask around on the web. I'm not sure of the best places to post this online, but if you run into anyone, please have them contact me. I'm a 40 yr old white male, 6 ft and 220LBS, NOT OBESE, not a total slob (most women that know me consider me handsome). I'm pretty easy-going/accommodating and I prefer to be with a non-smoker who will not be likely to stock the truck with tons of fatty junk food. Thanks, Scott / Cell (860)-866-0209

It has been a long time since I have heard anything good about CRST, used to run into them a lot when I hauled flat, at the steel companies, I guess they were a good company at one time

I don't believe in luck at all.

Either you get blessed or you don't.

CRST has treated me VERY well so far. As long as it stays that way, I'll keep working for them...provided I can make a steady & reliable wage. Right now my only issue is finding a compatible team partner.

You don't believe in luck, but you believe in blessings?

You really want to advertise your cell number on the innernets like that?

Why are you so determined to be a team driver anyways? And start with a total stranger?

I'm not real convinced he's lookin' for a "filly" as you think he is, Patty.

I thought CRST was like Swift, Werner or other companies who do team. They usually assist in finding a partner. I'd think it's in their best interest to get divers out there. But then I guess the industry is saturated with drivers these days. I read that from another person on this forum with one of the other company threads, but don't remember the company or person off hand. I could probably find the post though. Anyway, best of luck to you.

    RE: looking 4 a philly

LMFAO, you guys are killing me over here! yeah, I DO like phillys, NO MISTAKE....but I'm looking to get back out on the road and make some money. My last week of that 28 day training brought me better wages (got paid twice on my COMDATA card, Tues & Fri) than I ever thought I would make as just a "Trainee".....and if CRST wants to keep it coming, I'll sure as hell keep hauling loads for them.

Dispatch was kinda buried toward the end of last week, but they're definitely helping me now. They emailed me some names & cell numbers and I'll get more tomorrow. I just hope I can find someone pretty close and pretty fast. I'm amazed at how many NONSMOKERS there still are out there in the trucking industry. It's a pleasant surprize I did not expect. I smoked 4 waaay too many years and then I recently fabricated my own larger version of an electronic cigarette which holds mega charge & run time....and I'll never look back......GOODBYE CARCINOGENS!!!!

If anyone wants to crank call me....let ém go right ahead...I have a flat rate to send/receive all the calls & texts I might want to. Cell phones are not smart bombs or bullets...they're harmless radio transceivers that everyone has......a cell phone is never going to hospitalize me or kick my ass....so who really gives a rats ass.......REALLY.....I can change my number with ONE simple phone call
