I'd like to get into the industry, but need advice as to where to get my CDL. First I was looking at Schneider, but they told me no because I live in Seattle and their not hiring on the west coast. Then I reluctantly called Swift. They said they'd train me but their classes are booked till June! Anyone know of a company that will hire a newbie from the northwest?

all you can do is keep calling and checking with all the companies. try this site here and it at least has a section for companies that train drivers.
