Student and new driver under 6 months:
- Start at .30 cpm
- .33 cpm after 6 months
- .36 cpm after 13 months
Drivers 6 - 12 months:
- Start at .30 cpm
- .35 cpm after 6 months
- .36 cpm after 13 months
Drivers with 4 years or more verifiable in the last 10 years::
- Start at $.35 cents per mile cpm
- .36 cpm after 13 months

CPM does not include: Tarping, Pick-Up & Drop Pay, over-dimensional* (OD) fees and Bonuses. *Drivers hauling over dimensional loads can make anywhere from .05cpm - .25cpm above and beyond their regular rate while hauling OD loads. • We have four classes of drivers in our specialized division allowing you to advance your rate of pay as you move up the scale. Our typical Class 1 Company Driver earns an average of .569 cpm. • Also provided for our drivers are all of the little extras that make ATS a career:
