as long as you are paying for the training, they cannot hold you or your paycheck for ransome when you up and quit. CRST is much like any other company. sometimes you'll run hard, sometimes you'll sit at the truckstop waiting on a load. take it for what you can, learn as much as possible, do your job as best you can each and every day. who know's, you might actually stay there a while. keep us updated. good luck.

Welcome to you, and good luck with CRST. Pay attention, take it slow, and learn all you can for your money. You'll have plenty of time later to fine-tune your career. Welcome to the Forum, and Welcome to the RoadGang......Have An Awesome Day
