That's the problem today with all drivers. If there was more courtesy on the road there would be less road rage. I learned years ago about the flashing lights and I still use it when I need it. I was even told when traveling a long distance to try and stay near a truck going in the same direction because they would always be willing to help someone stranded. But not nowadays, you might get the wrong kind of truck driver. Now if I follow a truck I stop at the restaurant that they're at and talk to them first and see where they are going. If they are going in the same direction I try to stay close by if I like them.

I can tell you this: I've had more luck when stranded in a car from truckers than I have from the rest of the people out there combined. It's everyone for themselves. Few have consideration for others anymore. Parents aren't teaching it to their children.
