On The AM Radio...

I was channel surfing the AM band this past Wednesday night while camped out at my consignee's location just outside Boston. I think it was AM 680, but, the show was Michael Savage. What a loose cannon. He was playing the Bee-Gees disco hit "Stayin' Alive" while ranting about how the independent truckers should block all the bridges and tunnels in America on the same day, at the same time. Boom! Shut down America. Wow! I'm surprised he don't get "suppressed" a little by some guys in black suits. That's pretty strong stuff for a popular broadcaster to be advocating.

Anyway, I just wanted to share. There are others (besides truckers) seeking actions that might turn the tide.

2xR, knows the GW gets shut down everyday.

This is potentially good news, 2xR. Would you happen to know the stations call name. We could possibly turn his loose cannon attitude into something positive up in that area, while they're not clamping down on him.

Michael Savage is nationwide- he's a hoot. His show is called Savage Nation. Didn't know if you knew of him. MichaelSavage.com. He's been aruond forever - old school libertarian. They've already tried to supress him that's why he's on am radio. As you can see he's still talkin and he'd love to here from independents-truckers or otherwise.

I am in Indiana i heard him a short time back, Found him by serfing channels, He was crying because some other nut sent him some kind of dirty picts of two men in bed? What ever. i dont no what that was all about but he was mad because some one talked bad of him. Why tell you this? Because he must be bigenough that people hear him to bad talk him. But than agin look at what some say about my buddy Imus.
Where you at on the slow down? i was on the road and just got back. I dont have a computer in truck.

I'm proofing my June 22 statement before posting. Other item of interest is I've been getting contact from drivers regarding this action...they are actively participating. Made a personal call yesterday to my reps legislative assistant and was transfered to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science & Transportation. Found out our statement is being received from several hundred people. We're slowing gaining some momentum with people getting active with this action.

Also, I've received an email late last night about another protest convoy in Harrisburg, PA scheduled for the Monday, June 23rd. And I've been informed about a protest in Clarion County, PA scheduled for Saturday, June 28th. I have both actions posted on my "Truckers and Citizens of America" community site under "EVENTS" on the main page. Wish I could have received this info sooner...not much I can do to assist, but will do what I can.

I,We keep talking about the Bakken Oil Field, but have not heard the media or our lap-dogs say one word about it. I keep pushing the Bakken Oil Field because this one oil field would free us from all imports for decades. This should be our #1 buzz word when talking to the media or a lap dog. Also remember this, if we can't refine the oil in this country we are NOT going to see prices come down even if they flood the country with crude oil.

We need to keep pushing this information when ever and who ever we talk to on the subject of fuel prices. Remember if the Bakeen oil field was brought into play the price of oil would drop through the floor ..... none of the oil companies and the Arabs would like to see that happen.

If you ever get the chance to talk to a Congressmen, or a radio talk show, the Bakken Oil Field should always be part of the conversation. Educate yourself read the above websites.
