You will need a laptop computer with the proper software and the proper data link adapter...in other words...you can't>

All you have to do is if you can get someone to get into the computer, just take the road speed out. Thats all you have to do and it should top out your speed. Took mine out and it will do 100. Nope never had it there, but close.....Good luck,my friend. OH, you might wanna try a small repair shop and you'd have a better chance there than at a dealer.

if it is your truck then go to a cat dealer and just tell them to do it and of course pay their fee if yo have any problems pm me and i will give you a dealer to go too
