    We drive for InterState.

About that load we were going to take to Southern California. We are swapping with another driver in Arizona. Then we are taking THAT load to Florida.

We will be getting over 5,000 miles this week. Considering miles now-a-days that is not bad!

my work has been so busy with all the commercial construction goin on. I haven't really had time to sit for long. I've been told not to get used to all of this. Winter is always slow, but from what I see. Winter might not be slow either.
keep on rollin. no matter what it is!!!

I hate those kinds of deliveries. We have one place (that I have never went to) in New Jersey that drums it off into 5 gallon buckets. You camp out at that place for 12 freaking hours. Paid of course, but I just can't stand to stay at any location for that long.

Looks like we have finally came out of our slump for a while.

I left out Sunday evening, and would have been home tonight if it weren't for 6 hours of confusion at the receiver yesterday. Be home late tomorrow morning, capping off a 4,000 mile week.

Just got my marching orders for next week, and will be leaving back out early Monday morning for a one day in-state delivery, then dropping that empty trailer and picking up a load for Anaheim, California, which will give me about 3700 for next week.

Told my dispatcher tonight that it was great to have two nice weeks back to back, and he said that it was going to stay this way for a while because the plant that supplies most of our loads has finally kicked back into high gear, the same time our newest contract got started.

Great news for the Moose household! Looks to be a very busy Summer

well is freight really up or are the # of trucks on the road down?????

our co. had about 2300 trucks this time last year now we have 1700+ what may look like more freight is actually fewer guys covering loads. There is a noticable difference in the number of trucks out there.....that is not indicitive of freight being up.........
